A furious Lancashire mum has vowed to swerve any company that ships items using Evri - after the controversial courier lost her parcel for almost a month.
She was then told to contact the supplier that she bought the item from and after doing so, only received her refund 15 days after that. Sharon went on to say that during the Christmas period, an Evri driver told her "Good luck, love" when she enquired about the status and location of her item.
