British mum was ‘suicidal’ while being held in Dubai for calling ex’s wife a ‘horse’
‘I told her, “It’s killing me, every day is killing me.” I felt so much pain and then I turned off my phone.‘I could see my whole life flashing before my eyes and I just wanted to die. It was torture to me.’
Ms Shahravesh was arrested upon her arrival in Dubai, which she had travelled to for the funeral of her ex-husband Pedro, who she was married to for 18 years. The mum-of-one made the brave decision to send Paris back to the UK while her passport was confiscated.She was held over comments she made three years ago calling her ex’s new wife a ‘horse'
