Desiring a return to her pre-motherhood figure, mum-of-five Jade opted for cosmetic surgery which included a boob job, tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift, and liposuction at a clinic in Istanbul, Turkey , all for the sum of £5,300.
Despite undergoing nine extensive hours of surgery, Jade, 31, was plagued by excruciating pain and persistent bleeding post-operation. Clinic staff assured her this was normal, allowing her to fly back to the UK. Once home, her condition deteriorated rapidly; her right nipple turned black and a harrowing 50p-sized hole began oozing fluid and emitting an odour from her breast, none of which was alleviated by treatment or medication. Doctors ultimately concluded that the only recourse was to remove the infected breast tissue and implant. Consequently, Jade endured a gruelling four months with a single breast before she could undergo another procedure for smaller, less risky implants. However, the ordeal resulted in her breast size returning to the original C-cups she had beforehand. Now seeking therapy, Jade looks back on the ordeal with regret, stating: 'After my last child, I was overweight, had a 'mummy pouch', and had saggy boobs.'
