‘What we wanted to do was actually make a documentary where parents came back to their kids, sat down and had conversation. These kids are actually using that [the video] as sex education.’Jane, who quit the project halfway through, replied: ‘I think with me leaving that also encourages conversations. I’ve come across so many mums who say they can’t even talk to their children about it and this is the problem I had with my daughter.
‘It wasn’t until I started being filmed for this that I started having conversation with my daughter.’
