All tickets give access to two magical bird shows offering the chance to witness the silent flight of an owl, the speed of a falcon or a majestic eagle soaring over the valley!
The World of Owls display starts at 11.30am with the exhilarating Sky Hunters bird of prey display at 2pm.Historic castle’s haunted past!to the Pennington family for generations, it has a reputation as one of the most haunted castles in England. The Tapestry Room is the centre of many strange happenings!

It’s the Small Visitor Attraction of the Year – and winner of the award for Ethical, Responsible and Sustainable Tourism.Muncaster is famously spooky with the popular Halloween Festival running between October 22nd and 30th Don’t miss this year’s castle tour; Legends from the Shadows.
But be warned – these tours are not for the faint-hearted. They run daily from 4pm during the Festival and last around 45 minutes. Not recommended for people of a nervous disposition or children under seven. Tickets sell out fast so don’t delay, buy today! Other Halloween entertainments outside the castle include the Scary Maze, Zombie Shootout, fire juggling, Twilight Owl shows and the return of the Big Top!*Legends from the Shadows event tickets are sold separately and include Halloween Festival entry but are not at the discounted price.
