DEATH row killer and rapist Stephen Michael West has been executed by electric chair – after a last meal of fries and steak.
He was pronounced dead at 7.27pm local time at the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville.West was originally scheduled to be executed in 2010 but a stay was issued because of challenges to Tennessee’s single-drug lethal injection chemical.
