It would appear as though she is a veteran of beauty pageants with years of experience, but that is not the case. This is the first international competition for her, just her second pageant outing, and it will also be her first trip to India.“I think my best asset is my sense of calm,” said the well-traveled statuesque lady, whose mother Raquel was first runner-up in the 1989 Mutya ng Pilipinas pageant.
Robinson said she has “a lot less nerves” this time, and appreciated the trust that the organization has put on her. She also shared having a moment of clarity when she met with Mutya ng Pilipinas President Cory Quirino after not seeing each other for a while. “I think she felt the same way. I can do this. I’m claiming this one,” the young queen shared.
