There's nothing quite like the feeling of leaving your dentist appointment after a deep clean, scale and polish. However, I found that this hygienist-fresh sensation rarely lasted more than a week, regardless of how diligent I was with my brushing and flossing routine. That was until I incorporated a £19 gadget from Amazon into my daily regimen.
With the professional's endorsement, I immediately went to Amazon and ordered the COSLUS Water Teeth Flosser, which has since become an essential part of my daily routine. Usually priced at £39.99, the device is available in three colours - black, white and green - each of which has been reduced to less than £20, reports Wales Online.
The handy device boasts four settings, including normal, soft, pulse and DIY, and I tend to switch between them based on how sensitive my gums are feeling, with normal being a tad more powerful than soft.
