Mystery final moments of mum-of-three found dead in the sea after vanishing on pal’s hen party
Ruth Maguire, 30, was one of 32 women at the party but sparked a search when she failed to return to the house they were staying at in Ireland.Yesterday police confirmed a body was found in Carlingford Lough, an inlet of the sea on the border of the Republic and Northern Ireland.Ruth was last seen at 11.30pm but failed to return to the rented house where her friends were staying in a nearby village.
Today it emerged Ruth took a snap of a house across the road from the lough where her body was found.The snap prompted a search of the shore as friends knew she had been there soon after leaving the pub.It is understood CCTV captured Ruth walking towards the water after she left Taaffe's bar. But her fiance James Griffin had taken their kids Lydia, Oliver and Tyler to stay with their grandmother near Belfast, according to reports.
