A mystery man was seen near the spot where a five-year-old boy was found dead in a South Wales river, neighbours say.
Now new testimony has raised suspicion in the local community, after the male was spotted minutes before Logan was found.: ‘The thought of this man being there so close to the spot where Logan was found only an hour or so later chills me to the bone. I’m in shock hearing this. That poor little lad. I just hope he didn’t suffer.’
The best from of Logan’s mother Angharad, Rhiannon Hales, led tributes to Logan and described Miss Williamson as a devoted mum. ‘He was such a happy kid, always said please and thank you. He loved colouring and did all the coronavirus posters in the front window of their flat.’Teddy bears were left in tribute at the scene by a shocked local community
South Wales Police had previously said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the investigation.
