By Alice CullinaneA lottery winner has said he will spend his winnings on buying a static caravan and funding his retirement.He won his prize on 6 October by matching five main numbers and one lucky star on a lucky dip bought through the National Lottery app.

Lottery spokesman Andy Carter said Mr E was now set up for his retirement to be enjoyed in his new static caravan. Lottery winners can decide to remain completely anonymous, release their identity or like Mr E, release some of their details.
