A mystery sixth person who escaped a horrific crash that killed three others in Wales has been named.
A source told The Sun of Joel: "He has been cooperating fully with the officers in the case and is understandably very upset by the events of that night." On the Friday preceding the tragedy, Joel had been with Rafel and Shane at Newport social club The Muffler where they met Eve, Darcy and Sophie. All six are understood to have travelled 38 miles to the Trecco Bay caravan park in Porthcawl, where Shane is believed to have a caravan.
It was only found shortly after midnight on Monday March 6. Police watchdog the Independent Office for Police Conduct has launched an investigation into the actions of South Wales Police and Gwent Police during the time of the search.
