Strictly Come Dancing's Nancy Dell'Olio broke down in tears on Wednesday as she detailed her final conversation with former partner Sven Goran Eriksson, who passed away earlier this week.
Nancy Dell'Olio was visibly moved to tears on Wednesday as she opened up about her late ex-partner Sven-Goran Eriksson during an appearance on Good Morning Britain .
Speaking to hosts Richard Madeley and Charlotte Hawkins, Nancy also revealed details of their affair, noting that it began while she was still married. Revealing that the pair had stayed in touch after learning that Sven was battling cancer, she admitted that it was tough to watch him get weaker. Nancy was with Sven for almost ten years after leaving her husband, affluent attorney Giancarlo Mazza, for the sportsman just before he began his stint with the England squad. The couple split in the late 2000s, after she had stuck by him through two affairs, which led Nancy to gain her own fame and dabble in television, appearing on shows like Celebrity Big Brother and partnering with Anton du Beke on Strictly.
