NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said members of the alliance are set to take tougher action against Russian spies following an increasing number if incidents.

defense ministers in Brussels, Stoltenberg told reporters the alliance had seen several examples of Russian sabotage, arson, cyberattacks and disinformation, with the number of incidents increasing over the past weeks and months. He said countries have kicked out hundreds of alleged spies and Moscow has taken reciprocal action in a tit-for-tat.
