Staff received an email explaining three visitor centres will close if the changes go ahead.
Natural Resources Wales says the Nant yr Arian visitor centre in Aberystwyth would be one of the three that would close if the changes go ahead
NRW sent an email to staff on Wednesday telling them of the plan to reduce the staff budget by 1 April 2025. "The purpose is to refocus resources on the activities that will have the most impact on nature, climate, and minimising pollution, as well as the statutory work that only NRW can do," it said.
