A customer got in touch as their card was expiring soon
NatWest has shed some light on the procedures for expiring bank cards after being questioned by a customer. In an exchange over X, the customer expressed concerns saying: "My debit card expires in December - NatWest have said a new card on on its way."
The customer responded to say they would arrange for a relative to secure the new card while away. NatWest advised them they could reach out for assistance once they had returned and they had picked up their new card.
