The Littleton, Colorado, native has cemented himself as one of the top Homegrowns in club history at just 22-years-old.
Navarro joined the club on loan from Brasileiro Série A side Palmeiras on July 10, 2023. The Rapids said Navarro will continue to occupy a Designated Player spot.
“We are delighted to have secured the permanent signing of Rafa following his impressive loan spell,” said Rapids President Pádraig Smith. The Cabo Frio, Brazil, native joined the club from Palmeiras, where he played for two seasons.
