A RESTAURANT ranked number one on TripAdvisor’s Highlands list is on the market ...
The Inver Inn Bar and Kitchen, found in the village of Inver in Easter Ross, is currently ranked number one out of 775 on TripAdvisor for “top restaurants in the Scottish Highlands” based on customer reviews. The listing states that the current sale – open to offers of more than £290,000 – is “an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual/couple to operate in a prominent and well-established business”.
Popular with tourists, it is surrounded by castles, distilleries and is close enough for a day trip to Loch Ness and visit Inverness which is 33 miles away. The inn is also found near the North Coast 500 route as well as Tain and Royal Dornoch golf courses, which provides it with “year-round business”.
The listing also states no capital expenditure is required as the inn is in “outstanding conditional both internally and externally”. Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
