NCRPO chief, Police Maj. Gen. Edgar Alan Okubo led the opening ceremony of the Revitalized Pulis Sa Barangay course on Friday at the unit’s Hinirang Multi-Purpose Hall, in Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.

“This undertaking aims to assist the Barangay Local Government Units in their implementation capacity and overall service delivery consistent with the PNP’s vision to ensure a safer place to live, work, and do business,” it said in a statement.
