Nearly 3,000 fans pack it in to see Jayden Daniels, revamped Commanders

Hope and excitement swirl at the Washington Commanders’ first open practice of the summer.

“They see and they’re taking notice that I was here on the first day,” Moore said. “That’s how excited I am, not just about what I think the team can do on the field but what I think we can do together off of the field.” Commanders training camp practice doesn’t start for another hour or so, but fans are already looped around the parking lot waiting to get in.But the focus was clearly on the fans. Quinn spoke to some youth flag football players after the workout while players signed autographs and took selfies with supporters.
