Ohio – The state is preparing to receive nearly $60 million in signing bonuses from oil and gas developers who won leasing rights to drill under Salt Fork State Park and two other protected wildlife areas.. The state agency on Monday asked the board, controlled by lawmakers, to create accounts to accept the money and give it to the state agencies that own the land.
