It has been "24 Oras" news anchor Mel Tiangco's tradition to help those in need on her birthday every August.In "24 Oras," Friday, Tiangco said that part of her birthday celebration this month is to help deliver medical services to residents in Negros Occidental who were affected by the Kanlaon Volcano eruption back in June.Back then, lahar flowed from the volcano to the town, affecting not just the livelihood but also the health of the residents.
