People who live on and around the campus say its time for the school to put together a campus police force .
“Eight o’clock on the dime you hear this one guy, 'vroom,' coming down,” said Joshua Stanavage, a second year student at the college.And they are sharing a host of other safety concerns. According to neighbors, this has been a problem for years. While the school population grows, they said, the police presence stays the same."I don't think it's that bad to where there needs to be police enforcement. But, then again, that's just my opinion," said Thaddeus Stevens student Ryan Georgescu.
That's why Manheim Township Police and state police often have to get involved. But their response is one that residents say could take a while.
