Thankfully nobody was injured
Neighbours were awoken by sirens during an "upsetting" house fire in Nottingham. Crews were called to the blaze on Earls Close in Bilborough at 6.30am on Monday .
Liaqat Mehmood, 45, a delivery driver who lives on nearby Brindley Road, was woken by the emergency services as they rushed to the house fire. He said: "I was woken up by the sirens between 6am and 7am. There was smoke coming out the back of the house from what I could see, but I am not sure what has happened inside. They cordoned both sides of the close off.
