Nelly has officially announced the Where The Party At tour, which will see him joining forces with Ja Rule and Eve — and our inner pre-teen selves are screaming. By the sounds of things, the global tour is going to be epic. In celebration of the iconic 2000 album Country Grammar, Nelly, Ja Rule and Eve will hitting cities across America, Canada and Europe over 50 dates. In other words, the party will be pretty everywhere.
