Netflix has announced a live action Gears of War film and an animated series | VGC

Netflix is working with Xbox studio The Coalition on a live action Gears of War film as well as an animated series

It said the movie will be followed by a Gears of War adult animated series and possibly further projects. The news was revealed on Monday to coincide with the 16th anniversary of the Gears of War franchise’s launch.
