Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Netflix's Skull Island season 2 scripts are finally completed. Released several months before the Monarch: Legacy of Monsters show, Skull Island is the first TV show in Legendary's Monsterverse.
Skull Island's complicated ending did not completely conclude the stories of its characters, but the show has not yet been greenlit for season 2. Still, executive producer Brian Duffield, has a major update about the production. According to an update on his Twitter account, Duffield has completely finished the scripts. Unfortunately, Duffield is not confident that the show will be greenlit and has elected to view the development positively all the same.
Scripts are all done and I hope it sees the light at some point - think we got unlucky with timing and story changes in the bigger ‘Verse.
