Summary The Night Agent was able to climb to become Netflix's sixth most watched series on Netflix within a month, but while season 2 remains in development, there's another original action series that's equally praiseworthy, The Recruit. Netflix has had some small success in the action thriller genre since moving into creating original content back in 2011.
The Recruit Is One Of Netflix’s Best Original Action Shows The Recruit Ranked Higher According To Audience's Close The Recruit managed to get a 68% score on Rotten Tomatoes, which actually places it just a little behind The Night Agent's 74%. However, that is only the critics' scores. When considering the audience scores for both shows, The Recruit overtakes The Night Agent with a decisive lead of 84% against The Night Agent's 78%.
The Night Agent is similarly positioned as a show about a young FBI agent, who is recruited into a secret Night Action program where he is unlikely to be called into the field. However, a mysterious woman with important information calls for help, and Peter Sutherland must go out in the field to rescue the woman, and solve the larger conspiracy.
