Lucy Letby murdered seven infants and attempted the murder of seven others between June 2015 and June 2016.
Netflix is planning to air a documentary looking into the Lucy Letby case featuring experts who doubt the baby killer's conviction.
Individuals approached to participate in the TV documentary reportedly include outspoken statistician Richard Gill – who has called the conviction of Britain’s worst mass baby murderer a major miscarriage of justice. It reads: “Lucy’s story is complex and layered and we firmly believe that her defence and point of view must be portrayed. We must provide a full and cohesive documentary that explores everyone’s point of view, whilst remaining completely impartial.”
A key part of the case was a staff rota which proves she was on shift during 25 deaths or collapses between June 2015 and June 2016. Top news stories today In 2023, it was reported that ITN had won a tender for exclusive access to the Chesire cops and prosecutors.
