Popular streaming giant Netflix has announced a shake-up to their password-sharing rules, that could see millions of users blocked from viewing certain shows.
In certain areas around the globe, those with friends and family who share passwords have seen their access to the site restricted. Now, Netflix have confirmed that these rules will be rolled out to even more areas.This "controversial" update will mean millions of users who watch content free of charge will now be asked to pay. However, to make things easy, Netflix will offer an option to add "paid sharing" which is less than a full subscription.
