Stephen Graham, renowned for his standout roles in Line of Duty, Peaky Blinders and numerous other iconic British series, is set to feature in a gripping new drama slated for release on Netflix next year.
Echoing Graham's acclaimed film and TV project Boiling Point, each episode of this new series is filmed in one continuous shot, allowing the action to play out in real time and compelling the audience to stay riveted to the unfolding drama. Philip Barantini, the director of Boiling Point, returns to direct this series, which was created and penned by Graham and Joy screenwriter Jack Thorne.
In one poignant image, Graham, portraying Jamie's conflicted father Eddie, is pictured sitting with his son, possibly endeavouring to uncover the truth of the events that transpired. Netflix is gearing up to present Adolescence, offering viewers what it describes as a "compelling real-time, one-shot viewing experience"; undoubtedly, this series will be a must-watch upon its release next year.
