Overthinking can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you're trying to focus or unwind, and your mind just won't stop racing.
This is because a neuroscientist recently revealed a simple technique to help dispel these negative emotions. Going by her TikTok video, it's pretty easy to pull off. "Then I will watch it float away like a balloon. I have now mentally detached, and it can't affect me anymore. That allows me to bring peace into my mind, so that I can go back to my trust and surrender mantra that is very wired into my brain at this point."
