People were divided as they saw the tree
The partial erection of a Christmas tree in Liverpool city centre has sparked debate over when is the right time to begin festivities.
Yet, despite the negativity of some many were pleased to see the tree. Mandy Perkins said she "absolutely" loves it, adding: "I can't wait to walk around my lovely town and see all the lights. It's so magical." Stephen Clayton said: "People commenting on how early the decorations are going up don't have a clue !!!.
