And Ghanian winger Osman was inspired to prove himself and land a big move having watched Diomande succeed at Rangers and Mohamed Kudus at Ajax and West Ham among others.: “I’ve seen what the other Right To Dream players have achieved and these were big shoes that needed to be filled; Kamaldeen, Kudus, Adingra, Nuamah, Diomande, to name a few.The teenager progressed through the Right to Dream academy in Ghana - where Diomande also developed as a player.
