"I stood as a councillor and have written a number of leaflets about 20's plenty and road safety, and I've seen leaflets from other parties that say very similar things.Coun Jake Austin added: "I don't think there's a week that goes by that we don't get an email requesting a 20mph area somewhere within one of our wards.
