Once Windy Harbour eventually opens to the public, it is expected to feature 495 lodges as well as a three-storey hotel with more than 100 rooms on its 166-acre site.is being built by the Partington Group — a family-run business who already own another site called Windy Harbour Holiday Park.Planning permission was granted back in January, 2022, when Pure Leisure Group was tasked with delivering the project.
