New Bridleway and Pay and Display Car Park Planned for Wrekin HillPlans are in motion to create a new bridleway on Wrekin Hill and a pay and display car park at its base. The bridleway will run from the Wrekin Course up the north side of the hill, offering access for horses, cyclists, and hikers. The proposed car park, located on land known as The Donkey Field, would provide 51 parking spaces, including disabled and electric vehicle charging spaces, as well as picnic areas and a catering van lay-by. The project aims to address dangerous roadside parking issues, but some residents have expressed concerns about charging for parking.
