The Porsche Macan EV is soon to have a four-ringed counterpart, as Audi prepares to unveil the Q6 e-tron
Audi has officially confirmed that the all-new, all-electric Q6 e-tron will have its big day on March 18th. The accompanying teaser doesn't reveal much beyond the SUV's silhouette, but we've already spotted a nearly naked prototype roaming the streets of Germany, giving us a clear glimpse of what to expect. While the design isn’t much of a surprise at this point, we can see a fully enclosed grille that is flanked by split lighting units and sizable air intakes.
Other highlights include an augmented reality head-up display, which projects information, such as directions, in such a way that it appears to be up to 656 feet in front of the vehicle. The model can also be equipped with a 22-speaker Bang & Olufsen premium audio system and an interaction light bar, which wraps around the upper dashboard and visualizes information such as turn signals and charging status.
