It will open in Hockley later this month
The creative minds behind some of Nottingham's quirkiest bars have revealed plans for a new project that will transport drinkers away to "somewhere completely different" the moment they step through the door. Tahula Tiki Shack is the latest drinking and dancing concept from Fletchergate Industries, the company responsible for The Magic Garden, Penny Lane, The Blind Rabbit and The Walrus.
A spokesman said: "With a simple mantra of ‘less stress, more tiki’ we wanted to create something beautiful, but equally as fun at the same time - the kind of place you might pop into for after-work drinks and then find yourself dancing on the tables at 2am! "The cocktail menu is all about the fun side of tiki, with some really quirky and kitsch drinks all available as single serves or fishbowls, as well as our signature alcoholic slushies."
