Several hundred people listened to Mike Hixenbaugh talk about his new book about Southlake Carroll ISD. He was interviewed in neighboring Grapevine by The Dallas Morning News education reporter Talia Richman. The district is supposed to negotiate a settlement, but the current Carroll school board doesn’t seem inclined to do so.
