A new road that will help decongest traffic from Cavite to the National Capital Region, called Villar Avenue, was unveiled in Barangay Molino IV, Bacoor City, on Tuesday, August 8.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by former senator Manny Villar and his children, Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. CEO Manuel Paolo Villar, Senator Mark Villar, and House Deputy Speaker and Las Piñas City Rep. Camille A. Villar.Also present were Cavite Gov. Jonvic Remulla, Cavite 4th District Rep. Elpidio F. Barzaga Jr., Bacoor Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Dasmariñas Mayor Jennifer Barzaga, Gen. Trias Mayor Luis Ferrer IV, Imus Mayor Alex L. Advincula, Silang Mayor Kevin A.

Villar said the landmark venture will feature a hotel, golf course, casino, arena, church, and other leisure and recreational facilities.“Malaki pa ho ito kesa pagsama-samahin niyo ang Ortigas, Makati, 'yung BGC, 'yung Filinvest, malaki pa rin tayo . Kaya I want Villar Group to be extra proud of this, to show people what we can do.”Villar Avenue is a 10-lane road starting at the juncture of The Crossing Cafe and Dear Joe along Daang Hari Road.
