Newly designated Central Luzon police top cop Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr.
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. formally took over the helm of Police Regional Office 3 on Wednesday, Feb. 22. The PRO3 public information office said the change of command, which was presided over by Philippine National Police Chief Rodolfo Azurin, was made after the retirement of Brigadier General Cesar Pasiwen from police service.Hidalgo is a member of the Philippine National Police Academy’s Tagapagkalinga Class of 1991. He served as deputy regional director of the National Capital Region police.
