A new drive-thru Starbucks on the edge of a major Leicestershire housing development has been approved. Dozens of jobs are expected to be created as part of the move.
The single-storey drive-thru coffee shop will boast interior seating for indoor eating alongside its takeaway provisions. 22 parking spaces, including three disabled bays, form the drive-thru’s car park, with access made “easily visible” from the roadside.READ MORE: Release date confirmed for Coalville actor's new Prime Video movie
The drive-thru will create nine full-time jobs and 12 full-time positions, including shop floor and store management roles. Clowes Developments had claimed the coffee shop had “high quality design aesthetics” that would “enhance the area” and would provide a boost for both jobs and facilities for residents.
