A planning application lodged for the building – which dates back to 1888 – wants to convert the first, second and third floor into studio apartments.The ground floor is understood to be remaining as a commercial use but no one has been found to take it on at this stage – according to proposals tabled by JHunaid Ejaz and MM Architectural Design.
