Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 brings Medallions back! The Medallions were first added in the first season of the current chapter, with a couple of bosses dropping them. The first version of the item granted shield regeneration, but Epic Games changed a few things in Season 2, making Medallions more unique. This will be the case in the new season, as each item has its own unique ability. Once again, there will be a few bosses on the Fortnite island.
However, new Medallions are fantastic, and picking them up will be a real game-changer. Megalo Don, Ringmaster Scarr, and The Machinist are three new hostile NPCs that drop amazing loot. Not only do they drop valuable items and Medallions, but these Fortnite bosses also have their cars with infinite Nitro. Grab a new Fortnite Medallion and head over to Nitro Drome, a new POI.
