Dave Bautista in Dune next to Milla Jovovich
A new George R.R. Martin adaptation starring Dave Bautista and Milla Jovovich, In the Lost Lands, receives a first look and a US release update. Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson , the upcoming fantasy film is based on the short story of the same name by Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin. It follows the powerful witch Gray Alys who, accompanied by the mysterious hunter Boyce, ventures into the titular lands filled with dark creatures and ruthless foes in search of a magical power.
The image appears to show Jovovich's Gray Alys and Bautista's Boyce in a confrontation, with her seemingly holding a knife to his throat. Additionally, Vertical has acquired the US rights to In the Lost Lands, and it will be released in theaters early next year. In light of this news, director Paul W.S. Anderson and Vertical Partner Peter Jarowey shared the following statements:
