The author appeared for an interview wearing a disguise A new book on missing tot Madeleine McCann will claim she is dead and point to the place her remains are ‘very likely hidden’. Portuguese publisher Modocromia is preparing to launch the near-800-page book with ‘photos and maps’ on May 2. The Lisbon-based firm says it is keeping the name of the author under wraps for the time being and is only referring to him as a ‘foreign detective’.
The publishers said in a marketing blurb for the book released yesterday: ‘A seven-year investigation has come to an end and shocking new evidence will be revealed, including the new timeline and actual time of death of Madeleine McCann, where Maddie was hidden for weeks, and where Maddie’s remains are very likely hidden.
