Clydesdale has welcomed a new Church of Scotland minister after Rev Dawn Westwood celebrated her ordination at Greyfriars Parish Church.

“I feel so blessed and encouraged by the congregations and my family and friends who journeyed with me before, during and into the future of my ministry training, and I’m excited to see what God has in store for me and where he might be calling me to minister.” She said of her career in nursing: “I developed strong leadership skills within my role as a manager and these are skills which I have taken into my ministry.”
