A new photo of King Charles and Queen Camilla has been released by Buckingham Palace as the couple prepare to mark the first anniversary of their coronation.
Buckingham Palace has released a new photograph of King Charles and Queen Camilla as His Majesty prepares to resume public-facing duties ahead of the couple marking one year since the coronation.
Portrait photographer Millie Pilkington captured the couple who were all smiles as they stood in the spring sunshine with their arms linked. "As the first anniversary of The Coronation approaches, Their Majesties remain deeply grateful for the many kindnesses and good wishes they have received from around the world throughout the joys and challenges of the past year," Buckingham Palace said.
However, he continued"to undertake state business and official paperwork as usual" in the last three months despite stepping back from public engagements.
