The Grade II listed former vicarage could be expanded if new plans are signed off
Fresh plans have been put forward to transform a former vicarage into a 17-bed house of multiple occupancy .
A bid by Naama Solomon, of Riverpool Ltd, could lead to the historic building being converted into living quarters.READ MORE: Live updates as Natalie Bennett appears in court over Kasey Anderson murder A report to Liverpool Council’s planning committee said: “The application site relates to St Margaret’s Vicarage which lies immediately adjacent to the Grade II* Listed St Margaret’s Church and has obvious group value with it. The Vicarage was listed separately, later than the Church in 1975, but is believed to have been designed by the same architect – G.E Street – and was constructed around the same time.
